Job summary

Adapt For Life in Louisville, KY is seeking a BCBA to deliver ABA services across school, home, and community settings. You will develop behavioral assessments and treatment plans for children and families, coordinate case management, and supervise clinical staff.

The role includes mentorship from a Clinical Director and opportunities for professional development, with a compensation range of $73,000-$80,000 plus monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or related field.
• BCBA Certification required or awaiting BACB examination within 30 days.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and their families.
• Coordinate case management activities and oversee a caseload of 8 clients or up to 300 weekly RBT hours.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure ethical and professional conduct.
