Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC in Maryland is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for ateam of technicians and clients. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field, is BCBA-certified with 2+ years supervision experience, and is licensed in Maryland or pursuing licensure. Competitive compensation and structured growth await.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) is required.
• BCBA certification with at least 2 years supervising ABA programs.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.
• BACB supervision hours course (8 hours) completed or in progress.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and RBTs.
• Experience with early intervention and Verbal Behavior training.
• Experience with Skinner’s language analysis and family trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure implementation of evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs and therapy staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Coordinate caregiver training to empower families.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and supervise therapy sessions.
