Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mankato, MN. This clinic-based role provides clinical oversight for a defined caseload, typically 10–11 learners with 175–200 direct service hours weekly, and maintains an average productivity of 30 hours weekly.

You will supervise staff, conduct assessments (FBA, FA, VB-MAP/ABLLS-R), develop BIPs, ensure medical necessity and payer compliance, and deliver real-time coaching and data analysis to improve progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• State licensure where applicable.
• Minimum 2-3 years ABA experience.
• Strong experience with high-acuity behaviors and complex cases.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client progression, goal mastery, and discharge planning.
• Ensure authorized hours are used effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (FBA, FA, VB-MAP, ABLLS-R).
• Develop individualized, function-based BIPs.
• Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements.
• Provide direct oversight of high-acuity cases and crisis management.
• Continuously analyze data to adjust interventions and fade supports.
• Provide in-session coaching, modeling, and feedback to staff.
• Ensure staff demonstrate treatment fidelity and accurate data collection.
• Maintain audit-ready records and communicate with caregivers.
