Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and BCBA/BCaBA enrollment required.
• Minimum of 2+ years ABA experience.
• Strong clinical implementation skills for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy across assigned clients.
• Support high-acuity or escalated client situations.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity.
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction.
• Provide real-time coaching and modeling for Behavior Technicians.
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
