Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team in Minnesota. The role offers a salary of $90,000–$95,000 per year plus bonuses and is focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification with a master’s degree in ABA or related field, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be proficient with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments, as well as DTT and

• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies.
