Midwest Autism & Therapy Center in Woodbury, MN seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and mentorship for ABA services. You will supervise RBTs, ensure fidelity of treatment plans, and promote evidence-based practices within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in state.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA services.
• Mentor clinical staff and supervise RBTs.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Maintain clinician-to-client ratios.
• Promote evidence-based practices across the team.
• Support onboarding and professional development.
• Collaborate with operational leadership for clinic quality.
