Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transition planning.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
