Job summary

Recognizing Childrens Gifts is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship for center-based ABA services. You will supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists, conduct assessments, plan treatments, train families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
