Applied ABC is hiring a full-time BCBA in New Hampshire to lead clinically and grow professionally within a supportive, mission-driven team. You will supervise RBTs, oversee caseloads, and deliver evidence-based ABA services across clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis, adjust programming, and support clients during crises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure BACB, payer, and HIPAA compliance.
