Applied ABC in Manchester, NH is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families. You'll supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams, while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, flexible work arrangements across clinic, hybrid, in-home and community

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NH licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder across ages.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and teams.
• Monitor client progress with ongoing data analysis and adjust programming.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
