Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically, grow professionally, and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families. You will manage a caseload, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and use ATrack and other tools.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with state licensure where applicable.
• Master's in ABA or related field required.
• 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
