Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians.
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming; manage data.
