Job summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is a leading provider of ABA services in New Jersey, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized behavior plans for children with ASD and related challenges. You will develop, implement, and monitor effective interventions while collaborating with families and a clinical team.

In this role you will supervise RBTs, design behavior analytic programs, and ensure high standards of ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NJ license (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Demonstrated clinical competence applying ABA with children/adolescents with ASD.
• Familiarity with clinical assessments and interpretation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and organization.
• Preferred: 1 year BCBA home experience; strong candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee individualized treatment plans aligned with ethical ABA practices.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Teach new skills and generalize across settings with diverse clients.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff to ensure program integrity.
• Facilitate family discussions about assessment results and recommendations.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
