Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically, grow professionally, and positively impact children and families. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, a robust benefits package, and a collaborative, mission-driven team.

You will manage active caseloads, supervise RBTs, and use data-driven treatment plans within clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Masters in ABA or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry active caseload and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Lead clinical decision making and treatment planning.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training.
• Monitor client progress with data analysis and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
