Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Kentucky is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services for children aged 2-18 across center-based and home settings. You will manage cases, collect data, and collaborate with a team of clinicians.

This hybrid-remote position offers schedule flexibility, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to advance along our leadership path. Full-time and part-time options are available, with a supportive benefits package including insurance and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.

• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children aged 2-18.
• Data collection using Central Reach.
• Billable hour requirements: full-time 25 hours, part-time 15 hours.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
