Lead BCBA: Clinic & In-Home ABA Supervisor

Job summary

Intermountain Centers seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in clinic and in-home settings for clients with autism across ages. You will plan, monitor, and supervise treatment, collaborating with families and the care team.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs/BHTs, developing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and ensuring progress notes in the EHR within 24 hours. Arizona licensure and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to Applied Behavior Analysis.
• 1 year as BCBA (preferred), 3 years experience with autism spectrum disorders or related disorders.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to ABA programming and supervise RBTs and BHTs.
• Develop, facilitate, and train in ABA using discrete trial training and natural environment teaching.
• Provide ABA-based training to caregivers and support generalization in clinic, home, school, and community.
• Coach team on developing treatment plans, functional behavior assessments, and behavior support plans.
• Create data collection systems to track baseline and program efficacy.
• Conduct norm- and criterion-referenced assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, etc.).
• Meet with staff to discuss consumer issues and provide support.
• Review and sign off on plans written by trainees.
• Set discharge criteria and plan for generalization.
• Communicate with families to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Complete progress notes in the EHR within 24 hours of service.
• Provide consultation to Child and Family Team regarding behavior intervention strategies.
• Train CFT on teaching strategies.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and supervision to RBTs.
• Assist in developing supervision protocols per BACB standards.
• Stay current with literature and complete continuing education to maintain BCBA certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
