Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Center-Based BCBA for a full-time, hybrid role in Utah. You will lead clinical teams, supervise RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families with strong support from staffing coordinators and case managers.

Relocation assistance and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are offered along with a competitive salary, 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CE reimbursement, and flexible clinic/hybrid/in-home settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, Master's Degree in ABA or related field, current 8-hour supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; reliable transportation; authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
