Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Center-Based BCBA for full-time, hybrid work in North Carolina. You will lead clinically, supervise RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families with support from a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, and state licensure (where required). Relocation assistance and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are offered, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, oversee BCBAs and technicians, and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA.
