Job summary

Applied ABC in Utah is seeking a Center-Based BCBA (Full-Time) to lead clinically in a hybrid setting. The role includes supervising RBTs, delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, and partnering with families and schools to optimize outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA.
