Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Utah serves children across center, home, and school settings and seeks dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with strong back-office support and abundant mentorship and growth opportunities.

Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available, with pay up to $95,000 yearly depending on state and experience.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate with current state licensure.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional assessments and skills assessments.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Train ABA technicians and model progress with staff.
• Support families by explaining results and recommendations.
• Track progress with data graphs and summarize outcomes.
