Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus, relocation support, $1,000 annual CEUs, generous PTO, and hybrid work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Supervise and support behaviour technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies.
