Job summary

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a BCBA-qualified supervisor to lead ABA programs across designated areas. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure adherence to treatment guidelines, and participate in budgeting and process improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven quality, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a current BCBA license for WI and/or IL, and demonstrate leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA license in WI and/or IL preferred; license coverage for assigned program area.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including intake, evaluation, and treatment with proper documentation and billing.
• Oversee quality implementation of ABA per BCBA guidelines; may oversee other trained partners.
• Lead staff trainings and assess supervisees’ competencies.
• Review and implement new guidelines and research-based treatment models.
• Supervise staff and maintain staffing levels; ensure efficient workflow and staff education.
• Develop and implement policies for insurance, billing, patient accounts, and reception.
• Monitor data reporting and program performance; participate in health system committees.
