The ideal candidate holds a master's in ABA or related field, BCBA, WI licensure, and 2–3+ years of supervision experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to advance client outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for clients and teams.

• Lead caregiver and staff meetings.
