Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with developmental and behavioral needs. You will train RBTs, work with families, and ensure data-driven decisions across interdisciplinary teams.

Role requires licensure as LBA/BCBA and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with children with special needs. Strong data analysis and documentation skills are essential, with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Education Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with special needs and implementing behavior programs.
  • Preferred: clinical internship or research in ABA; experience supervising/train staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
  • Analyze patient data, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and staff.
  • Deliver family education and training to support patient success.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in compliance with standards.
  • Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
