Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming quality and implementation for assigned team.

• Monitor data collection for all programs.
• Provide Parent Training on treatment goals.
• Coach and mentor team members; supervise program rollout.
• Deliver weekly updates and conduct clinical round tables.
• Assist with program evaluations and RBT competency assessments.
