Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Lead BCBA to supervise clinical teams and drive high-quality autism services. You will conduct assessments, design and monitor interventions, and mentor BCBA-level staff within a collaborative clinic setting.

You will lead performance reviews, coach staff and caregivers, and ensure adherence to BACB ethics and company policies while advancing clinical excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eligible for state licensure.
• Minimum of three years as a BCBA; five years ABA experience preferred.
• Strong data-driven and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments and design interventions with data-based decisions.
• Supervise BCaBAs, Senior Therapists, BTs, and RBTs.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and training for caregivers and staff.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and CCOE on clinical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and organizational policies.
