Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fall River, MA to oversee teams delivering evidence-based ABA to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, mentor BTs, and collaborate with families and funding sources to ensure high-quality care.

We require a Master’s degree or higher, BCBA certification (or exam within three months), and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or intent to sit for BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for clinical teams and clients.
• Mentor and supervise behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for training and supervision.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and ensure safety and ethical practices.
