The Trudeau Center in Warwick, RI seeks a BCBA to oversee ABA Home & Center-Based Programs, coordinate services, and supervise staff. You will contribute to program policies, develop training, and ensure compliant, data-driven treatment for children and families.

Eligible candidates bring BCBA certification and Rhode Island LBA licensure, plus 2+ years of autism-focused experience and strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• BCBA certification through the BACB and licensure in Rhode Island as an LBA.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience developing individual child curriculum and training others in evidence-based practices.
• Skills in effective communication with parents and community-based stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Assist in the organization, development, and oversight of the ABA Home & Center-Based Programs.
• Coordinate clinical behavioral services and supervise staff to provide effective services.
• Design staff training programs to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and clinical notes.
