Crimson Heights Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Henderson, NV. The role involves designing, monitoring, and improving behavioral treatment for clients with autism, while supervising technicians and developing their skills.

You will maintain data systems, ensure plans meet standards, and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure consistent support across settings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and families.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools and positive behavior support planning; current ABA methods.
• Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related needs.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards.
• Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.
