Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement, analysis, and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards.
• Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
