Crimson Heights, LLC in Cedar City, UT is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism, while supervising technicians who deliver care in person.

Responsibilities include creating data-driven treatment plans, coaching staff, keeping thorough documentation, coordinating with families and outside agencies, and ensuring insurance and professional standards are met. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification with Utah licensure are required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools, positive behavior support planning, and current ABA methods.
• Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop treatment plans and teaching programs grounded in assessment data and behavior-analytic principles.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards.
• Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.
