Affinity Autism Services in Utah County seeks a BCBA to join our Lindon or Saratoga Springs clinic. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with schools and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with experience in autism services.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP or similar assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP and other evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Complete FBAs and BSPs.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs.
• Provide caregiver and family training.
• Collaborate with schools, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and implement evidence-based practices.
