SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care in Louisville, KY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress, independence, and improved quality of life, while supervising RBTs and maintaining thorough clinical documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and tailor ABA interventions to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
