Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Louisville seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise RBTs, educate families, and maintain clinical documentation in our EHR, while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop BIPs based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive changes.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies at home.
• Work with speech, OT, and educators to ensure cohesive treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and share insights to optimize care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff, providing training and feedback.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development opportunities.
• Engage with community resources to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure interventions adhere to ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with developments in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
• Address crisis situations using de-escalation techniques.
• Complete daily clinical documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR.
• Develop training materials to enhance programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Pursue continued education in behaviorally based interventions.
