Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Wyoming seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our growing ABA program. You will supervise BCaBA and RBT staff, coordinate ABA services, functional analyses and assessments, and develop behavior acquisition and reduction procedures along with adaptive life skills.

This role offers flexible scheduling, in-person and telehealth options, and a competitive pay range of $85,000–$100,000 annually, with benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level BCBA certification required.
• Certified by BACB and eligible for Wyoming licensure.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ABA treatment practices.
• Experience supervising BCaBA and RBT staff encouraged.
