Job summary

GATEway Autism Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Parent Coach for full-time work in Wyoming. The role focuses on educating and coaching families to implement ABA strategies at home and in the community, with collaboration across a clinical team and regular documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active state licensure (where required).
• Minimum of two years of ABA services experience.
• Experience conducting parent or caregiver coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and teaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide parent and caregiver coaching tailored to each family.
• Review client treatment goals prior to coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on progress and barriers.
• Document sessions per company standards and ethics code.
• Support caregiver implementation and data collection for outcomes.
