Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across clinic, in-home, and telehealth settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care while maintaining clinical excellence in line with BACB standards.

This role offers flexible work arrangements, including telehealth and on-site sessions, with opportunities to mentor RBTs and collaborate with clinicians and educators to support

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Active state licensure where required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and VB-MAPP assessments to identify priorities
• Develop ABA treatment plans with measurable goals
• Design and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methods
• Deliver direct ABA therapy as indicated
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians and educators
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB requirements
• Provide training and feedback to supervisees
• Ensure fidelity to treatment plans across settings
