Job summary

Avion ABA in Wyoming is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our caring team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans based on ABA principles, and provide direct support to clients to enhance behavioral health.

You will supervise RBTs, model progress, train parents, and collaborate with families and professionals to implement comprehensive strategies in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide parent training
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
