Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic in Billings, MT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and grow our ABA program, supervise BCaBA and RBT staff, and deliver functional analyses, assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

The ideal candidate has experience with children and adolescents, strong communication and leadership, and a passion for helping clients reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis required.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s.
• Coordinate and provide ABA services including functional analyses and assessment.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures and adaptive life skills.
• Develop treatment plans and assess home and school environments.
