Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking a leader to oversee the NAVAIR Battery Team, driving the tri-service battery and high energy storage technology roadmap and coordinating with technical liaisons.

You will analyze program requirements and oversee the utilization of the PSEF Battery Laboratory, defending funding and technical strategies while guiding senior scientific personnel.

Qualifications

• Expertise in materials, mechanical, electrical, electronics, or chemical engineering.
• Experience leading scientific personnel and defending program funding and technical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAVAIR Battery Team to develop and maintain the tri-service battery and high energy storage technology roadmap.
• Manage technical liaisons and analyze program requirements.
• Oversee utilization of the PSEF Battery Laboratory.
