Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is hiring for a bath/shower installer in Charleston, SC. You will install bath products and lead on-site teams, aligning with work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.

Experience in carpentry and using power tools is required, with strong customer service and communication skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday 1st shift, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. Pay ranges from $85,000 to $120,000, plus competitive benefits like PTO, a company vehicle, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsible for installing bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the company policies and procedures and notify management when needed to retain the integrity of the company.

PAY: $85,000-$120,000

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation and hotel fees as well as provide per diem for food!
