Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick, LLC in Charleston, SC, is seeking an experienced bath/shower installer to join our home remodeling team. You will install bath products, adhere to manufacturer guidelines, and uphold quality and safety standards on every job.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer service as you work Monday–Friday (1st shift). This position offers competitive pay ($85,000–$120,000), overtime opportunities, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bath/shower installation or home remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work overtime on occasion.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible for installing bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

Pay

$85,000-$120,000

Schedule

Monday-Friday 1st shift

Training

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation and hotel fees as well as provide per diem for food.
