Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Lead Bath Installer to oversee the installation of premium acrylic baths and showers, ensure quality, and maintain customer satisfaction on each project.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires leadership in the field and hands-on expertise. The Lead will manage timelines, train junior installers, communicate clearly with clients, ensure all work complies with building codes, and uphold our reputation for excellence with every job

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

In this role, you will oversee the installation process of our premium bath products while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

PAY

$85,000-$120,000

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
