Qualifications

• Strong ability to cut and install drywall and plywood backers, and construct wall templates.
• Proficient in taking accurate measurements and using power tools.

In this role, you will oversee and execute the installation of our top-of-the-line acrylic bath and shower systems, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bath installation projects from start to finish.
• Perform high-quality installations of acrylic baths and showers within a single day.
• Supervise and train apprentices during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
• Work completed primarily at residential properties.
• May require occasional Saturday work based on project needs.

Training

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
