Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection, a luxury hotel coming to Dallas in 2026, seeks a Lead Bartender. This leadership role guides Barback and Bar Prep teams, oversees cocktail program, staffing, training, and beverage standards across hotel outlets.

Qualifications

Experience in upscale or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Leadership and coaching of Barbacks and Bar Prep teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory controls and POS or production documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide polished, attentive bar service while upholding luxury standards.
Prepare cocktails according to approved recipes and service standards.
Oversee Barback and Bar Prep teams, assign priorities, monitor completion.
Oversee cocktail batching, garnishes, syrups, and recipe adherence.
Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and pairings across outlets.
Coordinate production and replenishment with outlet bartenders for seamless service.
Coach team on technique, sanitation, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service, food safety, and hotel procedures.
