Remington Arcadia Employers LLC is seeking a bartender to efficiently maintain bar supplies, prepare daily requisitions, and ensure accurate cash handling using MICROS. The role supports guest service in Arcadia, CA, with an hourly rate of $21.

This position requires knowledge of liquor types, glassware, recipes, and garnishes, and a team-oriented approach. You will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, resolve complaints, and uphold liquor liability standards with training every 2 years.

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction; complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.

Job Description

What you will be doing

• Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition, as necessary.
• Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed.
• Know drink recipes, prices and type of beverages available.
• Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures to include proper discounting, MICROS system (or registers), bank procedures and tip policies. Responsible for accurately charging the guests for drinks. Responsible for accurate intake of all the monies.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction.
• Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.

Hourly Rate: $21.00

• Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
