Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting heavy items).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current Floor Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day bar operations as directed by management.
• Deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Respond to and resolve issues on shift by escalating to management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire bar.
• Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, cocktails, and promotions.
• Certify team members are pouring and ringing drinks properly in the POS and communicate concerns to management.
• Anticipate guest and colleague needs and assist proactively.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties as assigned by management.
