Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bar operations as directed by management
• Deliver exceptional beverage service per company standards
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Resolve issues on shift by escalating to management
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar
• Maintain knowledge of menu, cocktails, and promotions
• Certify staff pours and POS accuracy; communicate concerns
• Anticipate guests' needs and assist proactively
• Perform opening or closing duties as assigned
