Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service minded attitude.
• Must possess valid food safety certification or state-required alcohol certification.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak English; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and comply with policies and procedures.
• Provide gracious, friendly service and support a teamwork-based environment.
• Guide guests through menu selections and promotional offerings.
• Respond promptly to guests' needs and balance payments accurately.
• Answer phones courteously and prepare bar and dining beverages promptly.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform bar inventories.
• Stock liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes, and glassware.
• Open wine and champagne bottles and tap beer when needed.
• Create handcrafted beverages with consistent recipes and attractively garnished.
• Attend team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Follow dress and appearance policy and avoid leaving the bar area during peak times.
