Responsibilities

• Support day to day bar operations as directed by management.
• Deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Respond to and resolve issues on shift by escalating to management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar.
• Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, cocktails, and promotions.
• Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks in the POS correctly.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues; assist without being asked.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties as assigned by manager.
